Walid F Abdelkader He brings over 34 years of experience in construction management and business development to Talal Trading and Contracting. His career in the industry began as a Site Engineer, advancing through roles as Project Manager and ultimately leading the Building Division at Shannon Trading and Contracting. Since joining Talal as General Manager, Walid has played a key role in transforming the company from a modest contractor into a Grade “A” Construction Company, capable of executing complex, multi-disciplinary projects to exceptional standards. In addition to his work at Talal, Walid has founded several associated companies, further strengthening Talal’s market position and demonstrating his expertise in business growth and strategic development.
Executive Manager
Maher F Abdulkader With an impressive 40 years of experience in the construction industry, he has a comprehensive background in various projects throughout Qatar. His in-depth understanding of the local market, combined with hands-on experience as both a Client’s Project Manager and a Contractor’s Manager, has been vital to his contributions at Talal Trading and Contracting. Since joining the company in 2004 as Executive Manager, Maher has been instrumental in elevating Talal to its current status as a Grade “A” Construction Company. His responsibilities include overseeing finance and administration, HR, staff recruitment, procurement of supplies and subcontractors, and the development of the company's supply chain.
Administration Manager
Hassan Abdelhafeiz has 24 years of experience in both office and site administration, he excels at managing office operations, optimizing administrative processes, and leading teams. He possesses in-depth knowledge of service work, vehicle management, labor camp oversight, and insurance matters. Utilizing performance management techniques, he effectively monitors and showcases the achievement of established service levels while driving continuous improvement.
Technical Engineer & Quantity Surveyor
Noel D. Estillore, With more than 19 years of experience, he is a vital member of the Talal team. His expertise covers numerous aspects of construction, including office and site engineering, quantity surveying, cost analysis, material preparation and evaluation, and shop drawing submissions. Noel also plays a key role in site monitoring, project planning, and quality control/assurance. He is skilled in various software applications, including AutoCAD, STAAD, Primavera, and the MS Office Suite, and has a solid understanding of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Conditions of Contract MDB Harmonised Edition 2005.
Procurement Engineer
Kumaran Rajagopal, he is a dedicated and results-driven procurement and contract management professional with over nine years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has effectively managed procurement processes, negotiated contracts, and ensured cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support project timelines and budgets. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail have enabled him to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement procedures. He has a proven track record of building robust vendor relationships, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Finance Manager
Muhammed Nisar Dedicated finance professional with over 13 years of extensive experience leading the Finance and Accounts Department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Skilled in managing all aspects of financial operations, including cash management, bank transactions, payroll, and payables/receivables. Demonstrates strong leadership in preparing accurate monthly financial statements and managing year-end closing processes for timely reporting. Proven ability to collaborate with external auditors for successful year-end audits and provide necessary documentation. Recognized for effectively managing daily cash flow, overseeing bank transactions and reconciliations, and promptly resolving discrepancies.
